Machining by copying
Cutting - Sign - Woodcarving
Process
- Interfaced with whatever point by point digitizing systems (MicroScribe, FARO arm,...) to digitize 3 dimensional cutting paths.
- The operator digitizes the tool path on the model. The cutting file is automatically generated to suit the most spread machine tool formats on the market (FANUC, Heidenhain, NUM,...).
- Driving of machines in 2, 3, 4 and 5 axis.

Advantages
Programming is simplified for the operator :
-Use of digitized paths without the CAD files reconstruction .
-Interactive editing of cutting paths.
-Automatically generated cutting files.
5 axis machining :
- Delocalizing of the palpage of tracings ; suppresses the expensive immobility of the machine tool.
- Increased productivity and limitation of the spindle accelerations by optimization of the normals.
- Quality machining in any material (wood , laminated...) thanks to constant speed cutting.

-Rectangle
-Rectangle with round corners
-Point
-Circle
-Curves (linear or cubic)
Editing

-Edit tangents
-Edit normals
-Smoothing of the normals variation
-Invert normals
Mark
-Set origin by 3 points
-Set origin by geometric construction (circle, plane...).
-The digitizing arm can easily be moved and positioned for digitizing large parts.
